What to expect: This educational meditation experience, facilitated by Jessica Fumasoli, will feature guided meditations and gentle movements to help release tension, clear the mind, connect to the calm and peace within.
When we come together to practice meditation we express our gratitude for the present moment and may come away feeling grounded and uplifted.
